Tai Chi will be at the Pavilion at the Senior Center. Tai Chi is exercise that strengthens the legs and body core and improves balance. This is achieved with slow movement to music which is meditative and focusing.

All meals offered on a donation-only basis to seniors 60+ and their caregivers or disabled dependent. Suggested donation is $6 per meal or whatever is affordable.
